Mr. Lo's topic will be on "Cautionary Tale: Technology in the Business". Technology has enabled many small to medium size businesses to greatly increase business efficiency, but such technological adoption may come with inherent risks that are often hidden or ignored by many proprietors. This presentation will address some of the legal and security issues regarding the use of technology in a business/workplace and bring awareness to business owners.

Mr. Lo focuses his practice on electronic discovery and digital forensics and is a Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI), and an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE). He has been interviewed by a number of news media outlets and published articles for the legal community regarding computer security and electronic discovery. Furthermore, Kevin has presented and participated regularly in various professional, technical, and industry conferences and meetings in the area of forensics. He is currently serving as the President for the Ontario Chapter of High Technology Crime Investigators Association (HTCIA).
